Automotive filter paper is one of the main materials used in the production of automotive filters, also known as automotive filter paper, which includes air filter paper, engine oil filter paper, and fuel filter paper. It is a resin impregnated filter paper used in internal combustion engines such as automobiles, ships, and tractors, serving as the "lungs" of automotive engines to remove impurities in air, engine oil, and fuel, prevent wear and tear of engine components, and extend their service life. Cured filter paper

The filter paper has not been hardened after being impregnated with phenolic resin, which can not satisfied the stiffness requirements of filter elements.After being pleated the filter paper will be heated for 10-15 minuters at the 150ºC temperture.

Cured filter paper is widely used to produce oil and fuel filter paper element of heavy trucks, auto and cars.

Uncured filter paper

The uncured filter paper is impregnated with the mosplastic resin (generally is acrylic resin),and it needs little heating during production to guarantee the flexbility under room temperature.
